Vacancy: Account/Project Administrator (iGaming)

We are a product company with a 4-year history. We have created a modern gaming platform and work with both our own brands and client projects in the iGaming sphere.

✅Responsibilities:

• Manage a client portfolio in the B2C segment (main market - Australia), ensure LTV growth and a high level of retention;
• Act as a liaison between business and development: translate requirements, prioritize tasks, and synchronize expectations of all parties;
• Interact with the technical department and operational team;
• Launch and support projects on our own B2C/B2B platform, monitor deadlines, quality, and stage compliance;
• Interact with technical departments, understand the product context, and help the team move in a unified direction;
• Participate in the description, optimization, and implementation of operational processes;
• Maintain project documentation in Jira, Confluence, Slack;
• Work with product metrics and feedback, suggest improvements to increase efficiency.

✅Who we are looking for:

• 2+ years in iGaming, with real B2C experience and an understanding of the English-speaking market (Australia is a key focus);
• B2B experience - will be a plus;
• Strong operational background: you are not afraid of routine, can handle multiple threads, and bring tasks to completion;
• Ability to work with product metrics (retention, LTV) and see the connection between actions and results;
• Communication skills with technical teams and business;
• Experience with Tier-1;
• Proficient English (B2+), to freely conduct correspondence, negotiations, and documentation.
