🚀 Who we are looking for:
We are looking for an organized and systematic Project Manager who can simultaneously manage multiple projects, build processes, and work effectively with teams in the dynamic iGaming environment. Responsibility, proactivity, and a focus on results are important to us.
🔍 Key tasks:
- Management of cross-functional projects in iGaming: slots, live casino, bonus mechanics, gaming and back-office modules.
- Planning and control of project timelines, resources, and budget.
- Coordination of development, analytics, marketing, design, and external provider teams.
- Maintenance of project documentation: roadmap, backlog, requirements, status reports.
- Task tracking in Jira, sprint support, working with risks and dependencies.
- Monitoring project progress, timely escalation of blockers.
- Participation in the launch of new features, markets, and integrations, considering GEO and regulatory requirements.
- Process optimization and improvement of interaction between teams.
- Ensuring the quality of project implementation and adherence to the agreed scope.
🧩 Requirements:
- Project Manager experience of 2+ years, preferably in iGaming / Gambling / Betting.
- Experience in managing IT or digital projects with multiple teams.
- Confident work with Jira, Confluence, Excel / Google Sheets.
- Understanding of Agile / Scrum / Kanban.
- Experience in managing timelines, resources, and priorities.
- Skills in working with risks, dependencies, and changing requirements.
- Experience interacting with product, technical, and marketing teams.
- Understanding the specifics of the iGaming industry and regulatory restrictions is a big plus.
- Proficiency in Russian and English languages (B1+); knowledge of European languages is an advantage.
