Vacancy: Account Manager (iGaming/Platform/ Casino)
Truelabel is looking for a "process conductor" in the B2B direction. This is not classic sales, but deep process management, team coordination, and full ownership of relationships with major operators.
We have practical onboarding ("thrown into the deep end"), a high pace, and work for results, not just for the sake of it.
What you will be doing:
- Manage processes and teams: coordinate internal departments, push tasks in Jira, remove blockers, and monitor deadlines.
- Be the point of contact for the operator: conduct Weekly Calls, resolve open issues, analyze metrics and details.
- Handle incidents: in case of problems — quickly assemble a team, coordinate the solution, and maintain communication with the client until victory.
- Take responsibility: if the client is unhappy — we don't look for culprits, we solve the problem. You are responsible for the final result.
Our ideal candidate:
- Experience in iGaming/Gambling (MUST), Casino, Platform. We will also consider Fintech.
- Has worked in positions such as: Account / Operations / Product / Project Manager.
- Possesses the quality of Ownership — does not consider a task closed after a formal "OK" from colleagues.
- Proactive, stress-resistant, able to strictly prioritize tasks, and thinks with business logic, not checklists.
Will be a plus:
- Experience working directly with CEOs and top management.
- Knowledge of Jira and Agile processes.
