Office-based, Minsk (Nemiga)** Project: sports statistics & analytics, gambling / iGaming.

We’re looking for a PM who enjoys bringing structure to complex product work and helping engineering teams deliver meaningful features.

What you’ll be doing:

— running Scrum ceremonies and supporting Agile delivery — owning and improving the Product & Sprint Backlogs — clarifying requirements with clients and stakeholders — coordinating Development, Design and cross-team dependencies — removing blockers, tracking delivery and quality — presenting new features, collecting feedback and turning it into actionable work — monitoring key Agile metrics: velocity, capacity, burndown, cycle time

Impact:

You’ll be able to influence team processes, prioritization, delivery quality and how client ideas become working product features.

Must-have:

— 2+ years of Project Management experience — strong Scrum and backlog-management experience — English B2+ — confidence working with changing requirements, teams and stakeholders

Nice to have:

— Scrum certifications (PSM / PSPO) — technical background — Business Analysis experience — familiarity with gambling / iGaming.
