⚡️ Mandatory requirements for application: • Experience in managing cross-functional development teams for 4+ years • Strict experience in GameDev/iGaming • Skills in prioritizing projects and backlog tasks considering business goals and resources • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) • Ability to facilitate team meetings (retrospectives, groomings, project meetings) • Experience working with distributed teams

• Can organize the full development cycle for teams of analysts, mathematicians, and data engineers
• Strong in collecting, analyzing, and formalizing requirements from internal clients
• Capable of managing project timelines and risks, making independent decisions
• Proficient in process optimization tools and can identify problem areas
• Able to maintain team motivation and conduct employee well-being checks
• Plus: experience in managing specialist performance, setting development goals, and providing feedback

🔻 Your responsibilities: — Organization and management of the full team development cycle (backlog estimation and prioritization, project planning and execution) — Collection and support of requirements from internal clients — Management of timelines and risks, conducting planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews — Communication of changes to stakeholders, removal of blockers — Optimization of work processes, efficiency analysis, and identification of vulnerabilities — Support of functional managers in specialist performance management — Monitoring team status and morale, maintaining motivation
