**• Experience managing cross-functional development teams **from 4+ years
• **Strict experience in **GameDev/iGaming ** • Skills in prioritizing projects and tasks in the backlog, considering business goals and resources
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Ability to facilitate team meetings (retrospectives, groomings, project meetings)
• Experience working with distributed teams

• Able to organize the full development cycle for teams of analysts, mathematicians, and data engineers
• Strong in gathering, analyzing, and formalizing requirements from internal customers
• Capable of managing project timelines and risks, making independent decisions
• Proficient in process optimization tools and able to identify bottlenecks
• Able to maintain team motivation and conduct employee well-being checks
• Plus: experience in managing specialist performance, setting development goals, and providing feedback

🔻 What you will be doing:
— Organizing and managing the full team development cycle (backlog estimation and prioritization, project planning and execution)
— Gathering and supporting requirements from internal customers
— Managing timelines and risks, conducting planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews
— Communicating changes with stakeholders, resolving blockers
— Optimizing work processes, analyzing efficiency, and identifying vulnerabilities
— Supporting functional managers in managing specialist performance
— Monitoring team status and mood, maintaining motivation
