Who we are looking for:
We are looking for an organized and systematic Project Manager who can keep multiple projects under control simultaneously, build processes, and work effectively with teams in a dynamic iGaming environment. Responsibility, proactivity, and a results-oriented approach are important to us.
Mandatory: Experience in the iGaming sector
Key tasks:
- Management of cross-functional projects in iGaming: slots, live casino, bonus mechanics, gaming and back-office modules.
- Planning and control of project timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Coordination of development, analytics, marketing, design teams, and external providers.
- Maintaining project documentation: roadmap, backlog, requirements, status reports.
- Task tracking in Jira, sprint support, managing risks and dependencies.
- Monitoring project progress, timely escalation of blockers.
- Participation in the launch of new features, markets, and integrations, considering GEO and regulatory requirements.
- Process optimization and improvement of interaction between teams.
- Ensuring the quality of project implementation and adherence to the agreed scope.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in iGaming / Gambling / Betting.
- Experience managing IT or digital projects with multiple teams.
- Proficient in Jira, Confluence, Excel / Google Sheets.
- Understanding of Agile / Scrum / Kanban.
- Experience managing timelines, resources, and priorities.
- Skills in managing risks, dependencies, and requirement changes.
- Experience interacting with product, technical, and marketing teams.
- Understanding of the specifics of the iGaming industry and regulatory restrictions is a big plus.
- Russian and English language proficiency (B1+); knowledge of European languages is an advantage.
