#vacancy #IGaming #HighRisk #remote IT Project Manager We are looking for an IT Project Manager for a product company in the IGaming sphere. You will be responsible for managing IT projects from the initiation stage to successful launch. You will need to coordinate the work of the development team, interact with business stakeholders, and control the project timeline, quality, and outcome.

Responsibilities:

• Manage IT projects at all stages: requirements gathering, planning, implementation, testing, launch, and support. • Assign tasks to the development, design, and QA teams. • Prepare project documentation: roadmap, project plan, backlog, status reports, risk log. • Conduct meetings: daily, planning, review, retrospective, status meeting. • Manage project risks, changes, and priorities. • Monitor task completion in Jira, ClickUp, or similar systems. • Ensure transparent communication between the business and technical teams. • Analyze project results and prepare reports for management.

Our Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager / Project Manager. • Understanding of software development processes and the IT project lifecycle. • Experience with Agile/Scrum/Kanban, understanding of the Waterfall approach. • Ability to gather and structure requirements. • Experience with task trackers: Jira, ClickUp, or similar. • Planning, prioritization, and team management skills. • Ability to negotiate, manage client and team expectations. • Understanding of basic technical terms: API, frontend, backend, database, integration, QA. • High level of responsibility, independence, and systemic thinking. • Candidates located in the Russian Federation are NOT considered (there will be technical difficulties connecting to work software)

Will be a plus:

• Experience managing web/mobile/SaaS/e-commerce/fintech projects. • Holding PMP, Scrum Master, Agile PM certifications, or similar. • Experience working with distributed teams. • Basic understanding of UX/UI, business analysis, or IT solution architecture.
