IT Project Manager A product company in the IGaming sector is looking for an IT Project Manager to be responsible for managing IT projects from initiation to successful launch. You will coordinate the work of the development team, interact with business stakeholders, and control project timelines, quality, and results.

Responsibilities:

• Managing IT projects at all stages: requirements gathering, planning, implementation, testing, launch, and support. • Assigning tasks to the development, design, and QA teams. • Creating project documentation: roadmap, project plan, backlog, status reports, risk log. • Conducting meetings: daily, planning, review, retrospective, status meeting. • Managing project risks, changes, and priorities. • Monitoring task completion in Jira, ClickUp, or similar systems. • Ensuring transparent communication between the business and technical teams. • Analyzing project results and preparing reports for management.

Our Requirements:

• Experience as an IT Project Manager / Project Manager for at least 2 years. • Understanding of software development processes and the IT project lifecycle. • Experience with Agile/Scrum/Kanban, understanding of the Waterfall approach. • Ability to gather and structure requirements. • Experience with task trackers: Jira, ClickUp, or similar. • Skills in planning, prioritization, and team management. • Ability to negotiate, manage customer and team expectations. • Understanding of basic technical terms: API, frontend, backend, database, integration, QA. • High level of responsibility, autonomy, and systemic thinking. • Candidates located in the Russian Federation are NOT considered (there will be technical difficulties connecting to work software).

Will be a plus:

• Experience managing web/mobile/SaaS/e-commerce/fintech projects. • Possession of PMP, Scrum Master, Agile PM, or similar certifications. • Experience working with distributed teams. • Basic understanding of UX/UI, business analysis, or IT solution architecture.
