IT company RedLab is looking for an IT Project Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the full cycle of IT projects in the fintech sphere: from initiation and planning to release and post-release support.
- Gathering, analyzing, and prioritizing business requirements in collaboration with product and business teams.
- Building and maintaining a roadmap: coordinating deadlines, stages, and resources.
- Monitoring task execution by the development team (internal and external teams), ensuring deadlines and quality are met.
- Communicating with stakeholders: business, security, legal, marketing, external contractors, regulators.
- Managing risks, changes, and expectations — timely identification of problems and proposing solutions.
- Formalizing processes and optimizing project management practices (implementing Agile, Scrum, Kanban, CI/CD approaches, etc.).
- Ensuring project compliance with regulatory requirements (including 152-FZ, PCI DSS, ISO/IEC, etc., if necessary).
- Controlling project budget and resources, reporting on key metrics (KPI, ROI, SLA).
- Participating in product line development: collecting feedback, initiating new improvements and integrations.

To perform the tasks, you need:
Experience and skills:
- At least 5 years of PM experience in IT projects, with at least 2–3 years in fintech/banking/insurance/e-commerce payments.
- Successful experience launching complex projects involving multiple teams: backend, frontend, DevOps, QA, analytics.
- Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum/Kanban/Waterfall methodologies, and the ability to adapt them to tasks.
- Experience integrating with payment systems, banks, anti-fraud services, BI.
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Miro, Notion, Google Workspace.
- Experience working with APIs, understanding web application architecture, data lifecycle, cybersecurity fundamentals.
- Experience interacting with regulators, banks, or international payment systems (Visa, MasterCard, MIR, etc.) is a plus.
Education and certifications:
- Higher education (technical/IT).
- Certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, Prince2, SAFE — desirable.
Communication and management:
- Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical teams, facilitate meetings, present solutions.
- Experience managing a team or coordinating multiple teams.
- Skills in maintaining project documentation, building reports.
- English level not lower than Upper-Intermediate — for working with documentation and contractors (if the project is international).
