PROJECT MANAGER / Senior Project Manager

Salary range: 250,000 RUB
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who can take over operational activities, maintain and develop the task pipeline, and ensure the stable operation and workload of the team.
Main tasks:
Process and task management
- Backlog management, its structuring and prioritization
- Sprint planning, task assignment, deadline control
- Task tracking, time tracking, maintaining order and transparency in the system
- Team support at all stages of development (full-cycle): providing detailed information on tasks, clarifications, capturing requirements from stakeholders, task decomposition
- Ability to independently identify problems in processes/communications and propose improvements
Documentation
- Preparation of specifications and business requirements, description of business processes and functional requirements
- Preparation of full-cycle product documentation (Vision, PRD, BR, FR, TAD)
- Preparation of reports, presentations, documents for the business
Communications
- Conducting team meetings
- Interaction with the business, recording agreements
- Product support after launch
Technical part
- Working with GitLab, skills in searching for necessary information in the project codebase
- Basic understanding of logs
- Experience using AI assistants in work processes (we are ready to share specific cases during the interview)
- Working with documents: Confluence, Google Docs, Sheets, Excel (preferably skills with complex formulas), Word
Will be a plus
- Experience in fintech niches or with B2B products
- Experience supporting system migration from an old platform to a new one (legacy → new system)
- Experience as a system analyst
Requirements
- Project Manager experience of 5+ years
- Ability to work under high load, multitask

- Ability to work in-depth with one product
- Ability to organize processes from scratch
- Attentiveness, structured approach
- Work experience in IT or related fields
