The team is involved in projects to improve the reliability and availability of information systems, develop infrastructure, and ensure service continuity. The project involves managing initiatives, coordinating the work of several departments, interacting with technical teams and business, as well as controlling deadlines, budget, and quality of implementation.

🔗Responsibilities:

• Maintain project plans and monitor adherence to deadlines • Organize the work of project teams and coordinate interaction between departments • Conduct status meetings, record results, and monitor the implementation of agreements • Prepare project documentation and necessary materials • Plan, defend, and control the project budget • Organize recruitment, onboarding, and handover of employees for support • Interact with business departments, gather and analyze requirements • Work with task-tracking systems: setting tasks, decomposition, creating structures and dashboards • Monitor the implementation of projects at all stages of the life cycle • Coordinate projects related to the reliability, availability, and development of IT infrastructure

⚡️Requirements:

• Project management experience of 5+ years • Experience in managing IT infrastructure projects • Experience coordinating the work of several teams and departments • Understanding of the architecture of large corporate IT systems • Experience managing and defending project budgets • Strong technical background: understanding of architectural documentation, equipment categories, IT system operation and maintenance principles • Experience interacting with business customers and gathering requirements • Experience with Jira, Confluence, or other task management systems • Skills in task decomposition, building project plans, and monitoring execution • Experience managing projects to improve reliability, fault tolerance, or infrastructure development will be an advantage
