⌨️Candidate Requirements:
- Citizenship and location: Russian Federation
- Experience in managing IT projects for the implementation of Electronic Document Management (EDM)/ERP in logistics or transport
- Deep knowledge of transportation business processes, integration with EDM operators (e.g., SKB Kontur) and GIS EPDP
- Understanding of TMS/1C integrations with EPDP, MChD/PEP/UKEP
- At least 3–5 years of experience in successful implementation of large-scale IT projects.
- Deep understanding of project management methodologies.
- Ability to quickly adapt to changes in work conditions and business requirements.
- High level of responsibility, organization, and stress resistance.
✅Responsibilities:
- Organizing effective communication between all members of the development team and company management.
- Managing the project budget (internal and external expenses).
- Coordinating the actions of project team members, setting clear goals, and monitoring their execution.
- Monitoring adherence to deadlines, project implementation quality, and risk management.
- Regular interaction with clients, providing reports on work progress and current results.
- Preparing technical documentation and presentations for management and clients.
