About the team and the role: We are an RnD team building intelligent agents based on LLM, RAG, NLP for deep customer understanding and for personalizing the customer experience in B2C.

Project Manager is a key role between the product owner, DS / DE / MLE and the tribe lead. The role's task is to establish processes, manage stakeholder expectations, reach agreements and monitor them to bring AI projects to production.

What you will do:

• lead end-to-end AI/DS projects: from formulating the business task and working through data collection to administrative support for launching the solution into production
• together with the team, form the scope, goals, success metrics and roadmap of projects
• plan the work of the team and related teams, manage timelines, priorities and dependencies, find workarounds to achieve results on time
• organize cross-team interaction
• control risks, blockers and escalate them in a timely manner
• prepare statuses, presentations and reports for key stakeholders
• participate in the development of project and product processes of the tribe

Candidate expectations:

• experience as a Project Manager / Delivery Manager
• experience working with DS / ML / analytical teams
• experience in managing IT, Data or AI projects
• understanding of the ML/AI product lifecycle
• ability to work with uncertainty and changing requirements
• developed communication skills
• confident work with Jira, Confluence, ability to prepare quality materials and presentations
