Senior Project Manager (Fintech)

Location: Remote possible (RF) Salary: up to 180,000 ₽

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to handover to operations.
• Plan and control project timelines, budget, and resources.
• Coordinate the work of the development team, assign tasks, and monitor their execution.
• Manage client expectations and provide regular status reports.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks.
• Organize meetings (demos, retrospectives, planning) and prepare project documentation (technical specification, detailed technical specification).

Requirements

• Over 5 years of IT project management experience.
• Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficient in Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or Excel.
• Experience managing distributed or cross-functional teams.
• Project budget management skills (internal and external expenses).
• High level of autonomy, responsibility, and excellent communication skills.

• Experience working on contracts with external clients.
