We are currently looking for an IT Project Manager who will take on the important role of planning and managing team resources. Working with us, you will have a unique opportunity to participate in building large-scale international projects in the banking/fintech spheres!
What you will be doing:
- Managing the development and delivery process of solutions: planning, timeline control, dependency management, ensuring roadmap and release execution;
- Controlling the execution of client projects in terms of deadlines, scope, and quality, managing customer expectations, and organizing communications (external and internal);
- Participating in requirement alignment, integration plans, implementation and support stages, identifying and managing risks;
- Controlling project and contract documentation, organizing the preparation of technical specifications, statements of work, and reporting materials;
- Representing the company at meetings with banks and partners, conducting project status presentations, escalating and coordinating decisions with stakeholders.
What we expect from the candidate:
- IT project management experience of 3+ years;
- Experience with projects in the banking sector or payment systems for 1+ year;
- Experience interacting with corporate clients from the banking sector;
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile processes;
- Experience in maintaining project documentation and contract processes;
- Skills in managing project timelines, risks, and resources;
- Ability to structure requirements and formalize agreements;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Ability to work at the intersection of business, development, and clients;
- Experience working in Confluence and JIRA.
Will be a plus:
- Technical background or understanding of integration solution architecture;
- Experience in developing and implementing billing systems;
- English language proficiency sufficient for working with documentation and partners;
- Preference is given to candidates with experience in transactional business or payment systems, with a deep understanding of payment technologies and specifics of working in B2B/B2G segments.
