An IT company Platform OFD is looking for an IT Project Manager who is ready to create business-value solutions and can turn a complex task into a working solution.
Platform OFD is an accredited IT company, the largest operator of fiscal data.
Responsibilities:
- Manage cross-functional teams and multiple full-cycle projects – from task definition to acceptance of results
- Interact with IT, product, and other departments to implement solutions and monitor deadlines
- Decompose business goals into specific tasks, set priorities, and manage the project backlog
- Participate in backlog grooming, retrospectives, and sprint planning
- Remove blockers and coordinate inter-team dependencies
- Collect and analyze feedback from internal and external stakeholders, initiate process and service improvements
- Prepare status reports and project reports
- Track and analyze development team performance metrics
Candidate Requirements:
- At least 2 years of IT project management experience, preferably in product companies or fintech
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and the ability to adapt them to team tasks
- Understanding of the development lifecycle, ability to read technical requirements and find common ground with engineers
- Ability to formalize requirements with the business and convey them to the team in a clear manner
- Systems thinking: ability to see the big picture and build structure where it doesn't exist yet
- Skill in managing multiple projects simultaneously without loss of productivity
- High degree of independence and comfort in conditions of uncertainty
- Developed communication skills: ability to negotiate, escalate appropriately, and keep the team focused
- Experience with Jira/Confluence or similar tools
Will be a plus:
- Familiarity with the specifics of OFD or related areas
- Experience in building processes from scratch
