We are IGS LLC, a Russian system integrator. For 14 years, we have been designing and implementing systems for which scale, fault tolerance, and high load are critical.

Our solutions are based on a high-performance BPMS platform (based on Tessa), which serves as the foundation for deep customization and automation of the most complex business processes. We don't just implement out-of-the-box products — we create a flexible digital ecosystem for market leaders.

We are looking for a Project Manager who wants not just to coordinate tasks and check statuses, but to lead projects, influence decisions, and build long-term relationships with customers.

What you will do:

• Manage the full project lifecycle: planning, control of deadlines, budget, quality, and risks.

• Coordinate the team, maintain reporting, and communicate regularly with the client.

• Manage scope and changes (SOW), hand over stages, and final project acceptance.

• If necessary, initiate budget adjustments and recruit specialists.

You are a good fit for us if you have:

• At least 1 year of experience as a project administrator/manager, including closing implementations (from PSI to PE).

• Experience managing a small team (3–5 people) and working with distributed/remote participants.

• Proficient in bug trackers (Jira, Redmine, TFS, etc.) and MS Excel. Experience with YouTrack and MS Project will be a plus.

• Knowledge of Scrum and classic Waterfall/GOST (34, 676). PMI/IPMA certification is an advantage.
