Key Responsibilities and Experience
- full project management cycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, closure) using agile (Scrum, Kanban) methodologies;
- identification of all stakeholders, building and maintaining regular communication. Managing their expectations, resolving conflicts;
- tracking progress, controlling adherence to deadlines and product quality. Acceptance of completed work;
- creation and updating of the project roadmap (Roadmap);
- proactive identification, analysis, prioritization, and control of risks. Problem-solving during the project;
- deep dive into the subject area. Collection, analysis, documentation, and prioritization of requirements from business and users. Development of concepts and user stories (User Stories, Use Cases);
- coordination of the work of the development, testing, and design teams;
- IT project management experience (desirable) - from 3 years.
Professional Skills and Personal Qualities
- understanding of when to apply which methodology. Having certifications (PMI PMP, PMI ACP, PSM, SAFe) will be a big plus;
- task management: Jira, Confluence, Asana;
- documentation: Confluence. Ability to structure information;
- diagrams and modeling: BPMN, UML (basic level), ER diagrams. Tools: Draw.io, Miro;
- communication: Slack, MS Teams, Zoom;
- planning: MS Project, GanttPRO, Jira Advanced Roadmap;
- understanding of the basics of web technologies, mobile development, software architecture, databases (SQL at the query reading level), API. This is necessary for effective communication with the team and understanding limitations;
- we expect our ideal candidate to possess the following qualities: leadership, systemic thinking, communication skills, proactivity, stress resistance, ability to find compromises and defend the interests of the project.
