My name is Tatyana - I am the head of the project analytics department at the Center for Digital Development. We are 7 years old and all this time we have been creating information systems for the public sector. Our developments have been awarded at the national competitions PROF-IT and PROF-IT Innovation.
We perform custom development of complex information systems, websites, applications, but most importantly - we do it expertly.
Our team has over 50 people - mainly developers, designers, analysts, and project managers. Currently, we are actively looking for an IT Project Manager:
Tasks:
- Analysis of the subject area
- Gathering, analyzing, and formalizing requirements for the information systems under development, describing and analyzing the project
- Managing the development team: decomposition, task assignment, effort estimation, conducting meetings, deadline control, cost control
- Participation in software functionality testing, analysis of results, formalization of comments and their discussion with the development team
- Development of project and working documentation, analytical reports
- Presenting development results and gathering feedback from the client
- Participation in information system implementation events as a methodology expert
What we expect from a potential IT Project Manager:
- Higher education (information technology, systems analysis)
- Work experience as a systems analyst or business analyst for 1.5+ years
- Knowledge of BoK, Scrum, Kanban methodologies
- Knowledge of notations: UML
- Knowledge of the fundamentals of information system architecture design
- Practical skills in describing business processes in BPMN format
- Practical skills in describing system operation logic, actor interaction in UML use case diagram notation
- Practical skills in designing system interaction interfaces (API)
- Ability to work both with the project team and with clients
- The ability to ask the right questions and listen is mandatory
- Knowledge of modern approaches to integration and building information systems
- Skills in working with Draw.io, Freeplane, Camunda will be a plus.
