Senior Project Manager
About the team: Our project management office team is responsible for cross-functional projects of high strategic importance, as well as for implementing project methodology and its execution within the Avito Rabota vertical. We are involved in creating new and optimizing existing business processes at the intersection of various departments (product, analytics, marketing, sales, development, HR, etc.). We also create and integrate new assets within the business, define and maintain effective project management methodologies, and implement initiatives that ensure exponential business growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
- implementing projects and programs within the monetization of the Avito Rabota vertical;
- forming a unified picture for the "Monetization" direction: centralizing project statuses, identifying dependencies between initiatives, and managing priorities;
- building cross-team interaction, including interaction with horizontal teams, as a systemic practice rather than a situational process;
- ensuring transparency and predictability: introducing clear project management processes, assessing risks and their impact on key business indicators of the vertical;
- increasing manageability and decision-making speed through structured analytics of the project portfolio;
- participating in the development of the vertical's project methodology: adapting approaches to tasks and implementing improvements in project management processes.
We expect you to have:
- 4+ years of experience in project and program management, including cross-team projects involving 3 or more teams simultaneously;
- proficiency in project management tools: Jira, Confluence, Miro, or similar;
- the ability to assess the impact of projects on strategic goals and build operational goal-setting within their logic;
- experience managing a wide range of stakeholders — internal and external;
- facilitation and negotiation skills;
- English language proficiency at an Intermediate level or higher.
It would be great if you have:
- experience in product monetization: understanding monetization models and mechanics, working with revenue growth metrics;
- familiarity with the product approach and key product metrics;
- practical experience with AI tools and readiness to implement them into team processes;
- knowledge of BPMN or IDEF0 notations.
