Your Tasks Will Include:

• managing projects within the Goods team (all category teams in the Goods Cluster 4K vertical);
• building processes: setting up a clear meeting rhythm (syncs, demos, planning) within cross-functional teams;
• implementing AI technologies in the cluster: taking a systematic approach to implementation, building a process similar to the classic implementation of Soft solutions;
• monitoring Time-to-Market: ensuring that features and integrations are delivered to production within the promised deadlines and with the expected quality.

We Expect You To Have:

• experience in managing cross-functional projects: a successful track record of coordinating projects and managing relationships with internal stakeholders;
• a high level of communication and facilitation skills;
• a broad technical outlook, experience with AI tools and the results of their implementation.
