Avito Ads offers digital advertising and promotion tools on the platform for brands, marketing agencies, and businesses. The project office team is involved in creating new and optimizing existing business processes at the intersection of various departments: product, analytics, marketing, sales.

They are opening a horizontal role in the project office, which will build systems and processes within the strategic partnerships team. The strategic partnerships team operates in 4 areas: buyers, sellers, data monetization, and cross-product deals.

What tasks await you:

• Build a system of regular management and identify growth points: establish a cadence of meetings for strategic partnership projects;
• Standardize processes: create, describe, and implement work regulations;
• Optimize the workload for stream managers: identify opportunities to transfer operational tasks (deal support, reporting, stakeholder interaction) to adjacent functions (marketing, analytics, and others) and organize this transition;
• Engage in goal setting and efficiency calculation: form goals for directions, calculate the effectiveness and ROI of initiatives;
• Provide expert support to strategic partnership managers;
• Plan resources: determine the need for external resources (marketing, analytics, legal department) for partnerships and organize their involvement in deals.

Requirements:

• Have at least 4 years of experience as a project manager in BigTech;
• Have experience in improving the operational efficiency of businesses and individual teams;
• Have experience launching product initiatives;
• Know how to set goals and calculate efficiency: work with metrics, build traction models, prioritize initiatives by potential;
• Possess stakeholder management skills: know how to negotiate with various internal functions (marketing, analytics, legal department, product) and conduct cross-functional work without formal authority;
• Possess structural thinking and a high level of independence: able to make decisions with incomplete context and propose processes or solutions;
• Have documentation skills.

It would be great if you:

• Effectively use AI tools for work tasks, research, information systematization, and finding optimal solutions;
• Know English at a level not lower than Upper-Intermediate.
