Senior Project Manager for Internship Programs
About the Team: Our team oversees the entire hiring process for young specialists who are taking their first steps in their careers, offering them internships with us, and then permanent positions. We collaborate extensively with universities to ensure more students learn about the opportunities available at Avito. We are looking for a talented project manager, knowledgeable in hiring, familiar with the intern audience, and ready to tackle large tasks alongside a team of dedicated individuals.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and evolve youth hiring programs, launching internships for those looking to start their careers with us;
- Oversee the entire intern recruitment cycle for your projects: from promotion launch to hiring;
- Participate in launching and implementing projects within the intern hiring team to better promote our brand;
- Improve the internship candidate experience, starting from the very first interaction with us;
- Create and optimize business processes that are comfortable and mutually beneficial for the business, recruitment, contractors, and the intern hiring team;
- Define the strategy for the intern hiring direction together with the head of the department;
- Analyze the effectiveness of tools and implement new formats for audience engagement, increasing reach and involvement.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has at least 2 years of experience in project management;
- Has successful experience in projects related to youth, education, employer branding, and other HR areas;
- Can effectively work in cross-functional teams and manage processes with multiple stakeholders;
- Can make decisions in rapidly changing conditions;
- Is proactive, multitasking, independent, and open to new experiences.
