Senior Specialist for Student Event Organization
About the team: Our team oversees the entire recruitment process for young specialists taking their first career steps, offering them internships at Avito and then full-time positions. We work extensively with universities and launch educational programs to inform more students about the opportunities available at Avito. We are looking for a talented project manager to develop Avito's employer brand and our university engagement initiatives alongside a fantastic team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- developing partnerships with universities;
- participating in university events and organizing open days, lectures, and other activities for students, prospective students, and schoolchildren;
- organizing events at Avito offices for students, prospective students, and schoolchildren;
- evaluating and measuring the effectiveness of events;
- proposing and implementing new formats for engaging with students;
- launching other projects with the team to promote our brand to students, prospective students, and schoolchildren.
We are looking for someone who:
- has at least three years of experience in project management and at least one year in organizing student events and interacting with universities;
- has launched projects for students and schoolchildren;
- has successful project management experience in fields related to youth engagement, education, and employer branding;
- is not afraid of extensive communication with various stakeholders;
- can make decisions in rapidly changing environments;
- is proactive, multi-tasking, independent, and open to new experiences.
