Avito is looking for a Senior Event Specialist for Students to develop Avito's employer brand and university engagement direction together with a great team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing partnership relations with universities;
- Participating in university events and organizing open days, lectures, and other activities for students, prospective students, and schoolchildren;
- Organizing events at Avito offices for students, prospective students, and schoolchildren;
- Evaluating and measuring the effectiveness of events;
- Proposing and implementing new formats for interacting with students;
- Launching other projects with the team to promote the brand to students, prospective students, and schoolchildren.
We expect you to have:
- At least three years of experience in project management and at least one year in organizing events for students and engaging with universities;
- Launched projects for students and schoolchildren;
- Successful project management experience in areas related to youth engagement, education, and employer branding;
- Be comfortable with extensive communication with various stakeholders;
- Be able to make decisions in a rapidly changing environment;
- Be active, capable of multitasking, independent, and open to new experiences.
