Senior PR Specialist
About the team: Our PR team creates and promotes expert content about the labor market, strengthening the leadership and reputation of Avito Rabota among media, partners, and millions of users.
Your responsibilities:
- participate in the development and implementation of the communication strategy and shape the image of Avito Rabota as a technological platform in the Russian market;
- develop comprehensive PR campaigns and special projects to promote the vertical in classical and digital channels for different audiences;
- create news hooks that maintain interest in Avito Rabota outside of launches;
- allocate and control the budget;
- gather factual information, write and edit texts: press releases, comments for the media, briefs for PR agencies, theses for speaker presentations, etc.;
- shape and promote the expertise of speakers and newsmakers of the company;
- ensure pitching of press releases, expert comments, columns, interviews, and analytical articles;
- manage anti-crisis communications;
- analyze the market, monitor current trends in the information field, and adapt Avito's communications to them.
We expect you to have:
- at least three years of experience in a PR department/press service of a large company;
- experience in implementing large image projects in the media and social media;
- understand the principles of digital tools and non-classical communication formats;
- have contacts among relevant media outlets and potential partners;
- be ready for business trips;
- be able to build a network with key federal and regional journalists and editors;
- be able to produce special projects and large events;
- be results-oriented and able to measure them.
