What you will be doing:

• Developing and implementing the PR agenda for the "Chestny ZNAK" (Honest Mark) system: from daily news items to long-term communication campaigns.
• Content creation: texts for media, Telegram, columns, interviews, speeches; packaging complex information and data into understandable and quotable materials.
• Interaction with federal and business media, industry media, and key Telegram channels: building sustainable relationships with editorial teams and journalists.
• Working with an expert pool: selecting, briefing, preparing speakers, supporting comments and public appearances.
• Promoting the system's reputation: systematic work on the benefits, effects, and economic contribution of marking for the state, business, and consumers.
• Developing and implementing communication strategies and programs for key areas (industries, regulatory agenda, new products and services).
• Crisis communications: monitoring the information field, prompt reaction to negativity, preparing positions, refutations, and clarifications.
• Participation in the development and implementation of special projects, PR campaigns, and federal-level news items.
• Coordinating work with contractors (SMM, monitoring), controlling deadlines and quality.
• Preparing analytics and reports on media activity, communication effectiveness, and reputation dynamics. What we expect from a successful candidate:
• Proven experience in crisis communications – from strategy to immediate implementation.
• Experience as a PR Manager for 6+ years.
• Ability to handle negativity and fakes: quickly, correctly, and with arguments.
• Personal contacts with editors and journalists of federal and industry media.
• Experience working with Telegram channels and industry media.
• Ability to write and edit materials for different audiences and levels of specificity.
• Understanding the specifics of the digital and regulatory agenda.
• Experience in government initiatives, infrastructure, or sensitive projects is a plus.
• Knowledge of the media landscape, Telegram environment, and digital monitoring mechanisms.
• Responsibility for results and reputation.
• Quick adaptation to external changes.
• Ability to persuasively argue and build trust.
• High resilience to stress and information pressure.
• Systemic thinking and ability to work in a multitasking environment.
• Clear business communication with government bodies, businesses, and media.
