PR Manager
We are looking for a specialist who will form and strengthen trust in the brand through systematic external communication, ensuring a stable company reputation, increased awareness, and quality presence in the media space.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a brand PR strategy aimed at increasing awareness, trust, and reputation.
- Ensure regular brand presence in federal, niche, and industry media.
- Formulate and maintain a PR calendar: news pegs, seasonal activities, product releases, collaborations, and special projects.
- Proactively seek PR opportunities to enhance brand visibility and participate in the current agenda.
- Develop the expert positioning of the company and brand spokespeople, prepare materials for speeches, comments, and interviews.
- Maintain and develop relationships with journalists, editorial teams, media partners, and opinion leaders.
- Prepare and approve PR materials: press releases, comments, expert columns, interviews, and other publications.
- Develop and adapt key brand messages for different audiences and communication channels.
- Ensure consistent and coherent brand positioning in all external communications.
- Initiate and organize online and offline events, including presentations, press breakfasts, client and partner events, working with guests, media, contractors, and internal teams.
What we expect from the candidate:
- At least 3 years of experience in PR or brand communications, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, retail, e-commerce, beauty, or related industries.
- Understanding of PR strategy development principles, working with news pegs, media planning, and marketing calendars.
- An up-to-date media contact database or proven experience in independently building relationships with journalists, editorial teams, and opinion leaders.
- Experience in preparing PR materials: press releases, comments, expert columns, interviews, pitches, and materials for spokespeople.
- Ability to find and develop PR opportunities: product launches, research, collaborations, special projects, expert comments.
- Strong written communication skills: the ability to clearly, correctly, and in the right tone formulate messages for different audiences and channels.
- Experience working with spokespeople: preparing talking points, comments, interviews, speeches, and expert positioning.
- Experience organizing PR events, client or partner events, including coordinating contractors, guests, media, and internal teams.
- Good understanding of the media agenda, ability to quickly find opportunities to integrate the brand into current topics.
- Independence, proactivity, broad outlook, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Experience with fashion, lifestyle, or business media.
- Experience promoting brands in the luxury or premium segment.
- Understanding of the fashion market, resale, luxury segment, or e-commerce.
- Experience launching collaborations, special projects, and partner PR activities.
- Ability to work with PR effectiveness analytics: publications, reach, mention quality, sentiment, contribution to brand awareness.
