YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- PR Strategy and Positioning:
- Development and implementation of the PR&Influence strategy.
- Reflecting the brand's positioning in PR&Influence channels: key messages, tone of voice, visual and semantic representation.
- Media Relations and Publications:
- Monitoring publication releases, preparing reports.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with journalists, editors, and media (fashion, lifestyle, business press).
- Initiating and overseeing publications in top online and offline media.
- Organizing interviews, editorial photoshoots with founders.
- Influence Marketing:
- Developing a strategy for working with influencers (both fashion insiders and celebrities).
- Building a database of relevant influencers across different segments (media, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.). Working on continuous recruitment of bloggers to attract new faces.
- Conducting negotiations, barter and paid integrations, monitoring KPIs and collaboration effectiveness.
- Curating creative and product mailings.
- Events and Special Projects:
- Organizing events: collection presentations, pop-up events, collaborations, private dinners.
- Working with the fashion insider community — forming a circle of individuals associated with the brand.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitoring and analyzing the reach and effectiveness of PR campaigns and influence integrations.
- Preparing regular reports for the team/management, analyzing the effectiveness of marketing programs, and adjusting the strategy in accordance with set goals.
- Tracking trends and best practices in PR and influence marketing.
- Budget control and planning.
- Collaborations and Cross-marketing:
- Identifying and negotiating with potential partners for collaborations (brands, designers, platforms, personalities).
- Participating in the development of concepts and the creative aspects of campaigns.

FROM SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES, WE EXPECT:
- Experience in Influence Marketing — preferably in Fashion or Beauty niches
- Knowledge of niche platforms, channels, key market players, and established contacts among opinion leaders and creative agencies;
- Experience in managing Influence campaigns (from selection to results analysis);
