Senior PR Manager at Novikov Group
Novikov Group is looking for a Senior PR Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of a PR strategy aimed at forming the image and maintaining the Novikov Group of Companies
- Working with media representatives, opinion leaders, journalists, influencers, bloggers, etc.
- Preparation of PR materials (releases, texts)
- Knowledge of SMM promotion basics
- Implementation of the event plan (shoots, advertising events, PR campaigns)
- Project management (budgeting, interaction with contractors, cost accounting, document flow, performance evaluation based on set KPIs)
- Development and implementation of proposals for loyalty program partners
- Attracting partners for cooperation and cross-promotion
- Conducting negotiations with partners and restaurant representatives
- Preparation of the annual report
- Crisis management and operational response
- Market and competitor activity monitoring
Requirements:
- Higher education
- At least 1 year of experience in PR in premium segment companies
- Experience in developing and conducting advertising campaigns using digital, event, and other communication channels
- SMM, understanding of social media specifics and their target audience
- Copywriting
- Project management skills
- Proficient PC user (MS Power Point, MS Excel, graphic editors, additional professional software)
- Excellent cross-functional team collaboration skills
- High level of self-organization and responsibility
- Proactiveness, results-oriented approach
- Communication skills, articulate oral and written speech

- 5/2 work schedule from 10:00 to 18:00
