PR Business Partner at Okkam Communications Group
Okkam Communications Group is looking for a PR Business Partner.
The company specializes in marketing, advertising, and consulting services. For 30 years in Russia, they have been building connections between brands and people, uniting 7 business verticals: media and communications, consulting, creative, trade marketing, e-commerce, sustainable development, and marketing technologies.
Currently, they are seeking a new team member for the PR Business Partner position. This role will involve working with the marketing and PR team to build the reputation of one of the leading groups in the market and help make Okkam's businesses talked about, with their expertise being cited. They are looking for someone who will shape the agenda and help the market see the true value of Okkam's businesses and projects.
Functional Responsibilities:
- Design and implement PR strategies and media plans for a number of the group's businesses (forming a target image, mitigating negative perception, differentiating from competitors)
- Create content and work with content plans for the group's businesses
- Build and maintain long-term relationships, as well as organize joint projects with partners, media, and key industry players
- Work with ratings and festivals: submit client cases to festivals/integrate experts into competitive and industry projects
- Collaborate with industry and professional associations
- Maintain and update a database of media contacts and industry events
- Oversee and integrate speakers into external events: presentations, round tables, panel discussions, special formats at conferences
- Conceptualize and launch external special projects for the group's assets
- Oversee the preparation of content for all necessary informational materials: articles, press releases, comments, interviews, presentations, reviews, speeches, presentations
- Conduct quarterly analytics of PR activities based on key metrics and KPIs
What's Important:
- At least 2 years of experience as a PR Manager
- Experience with industry festivals will be an advantage
- Fluent oral and written communication skills
- Creativity and resourcefulness
- Knowledge and adherence to business etiquette rules
- Ability to think strategically and act thoughtfully
- Portfolio of cases (publications, special projects, festivals, events) is welcomed
