The MediaLine communication group is looking for a PR Director.
MediaLine Communication Group has been on the corporate media market for 20+ years, with 48 companies from Russia's top 100 among its clients. The company creates media for VTB, Inter RAO, ALROSA, EuroChem, and 240+ other companies, founded the main industry award for internal communications, and established the National Association of Experts in Corporate Communications.
The ecosystem consists of four units:
- MediaLine — corporate media; brand media; digital media.
- InterComm — award and conference for internal communications and employer branding, as well as a Creative Agency and Competence Center
- NAEC C — National Association of Experts in Corporate Communications
- Best Corporate Book — award in the field of corporate publications
Each unit has its own audience and its own "showcase." The PR department's task is to develop media presence, form a positive image of the group, and promote the personal brands of its top managers, indirectly selling the services and opportunities of all units of the group.
Responsibilities:
- Strategy. Develop a unified, yet individual PR strategy for each unit: from websites and messenger accounts to building the personal brands of top executives.
- Media. Build relationships with federal, regional, and industry media, ensure the group's regular presence in the information field, and monitor media metrics.
- Communities and Partners. Develop relationships with associations and professional communities, attract information partners, and negotiate collaborations.
- Events. Stay on top of key industry events, negotiate information partnerships with organizers, promote the leaders of the communication group as speakers at these events, and personally represent the group at these events.
Requirements:
- Experience as a PR Director or Head of PR Department — from 3 years.
- Personal contacts in the media.
- Skills in building B2B communications through communities and associations.
- Willingness to be the official media representative of the company: personally establish contacts, provide comments, build dialogue with journalists, bloggers, and influencers.
- Experience working in agencies (digital, media, event, communication), understanding of a service approach in communications — is an advantage.
- Personal qualities: communication skills, empathy, systemic thinking, readiness to work at high speeds and multitask.
The company offers:
- Hybrid schedule — one office day per week, offline participation in events.
- A junior employee for operational tasks.
- Opportunity to interact with the management of top Russian companies — clients of the group, participants of the InterComm community, and members of NAEC C.
How to apply:
In your application, provide one paragraph: your proposal for building a unified PR system for the group, which includes corporate media production, an industry association, an educational platform, two awards, but lacks overall positioning. The company understands that there is no single correct answer to this request, but wants to understand your thought process and concentrated experience before inviting you for an interview.
