IT company SberAnalytica is looking for a proactive, mature PR Director who will take responsibility for shaping and promoting the image of the entire Group of Companies in the market.

The company is in an active phase of centralizing IT companies and is forming a strong team to develop the Group of Companies' brand. The holding company unites several IT companies providing B2B services for business: fintech solutions, SaaS platforms, data analytics, electronic document management (EDM) systems, and consulting.
What you will be doing:
- Developing a unified PR/GR strategy for the technology holding and its product lines within the bank's ecosystem (fintech, digitalization, AI, data, EDM, consulting);
- Product PR: Establishing a process and assigning tasks for the development and implementation of communications to promote B2B products among business audiences;
- Launching and PR support for projects involving government bodies and regulators;
- Developing and producing PR content: press releases, expert comments, articles, longreads, tech reviews, Q&A, blog posts, scripts, and talking points for speakers;
- Managing relationships with media and industry platforms: federal and business media, IT and telecom media, niche resources for developers and product teams;
- Establishing a process and assigning tasks for PR support of partnerships and programs (joint B2B and B2G projects with corporate clients) as key information triggers;
- Promoting the personal brand of the CEO and heads of key business areas: forming positioning, key themes, and narrative, planning presence in media, at industry platforms, and in digital channels, building systematic PR support for their public activities.
You are the ideal candidate if you have:
- Higher education in communications, marketing, journalism, or related humanities disciplines;
- At least 7 years of experience in PR/GR, including at least 3 years in a leadership role (PR Director / Head of Communications) in fintech, a large IT/industrial holding, telecom, or banking sector;
- Proven experience in launching and PR supporting complex B2B technology areas and platforms;
- Established connections or readiness to quickly build relationships with business, IT, and industry media; experience in bringing companies to top rankings in niches of cloud, AI, B2B digitalization;
- Experience working with industry and professional platforms (forums, associations, conferences, accelerators, educational programs) as channels for PR presence;
- Strong B2B copywriting skills: preparing press releases, longreads, tech reviews, case studies, columns, comments, and Q&A for media, industry publications, and own platforms;
- Experience in building a long-term product PR agenda around cloud, AI, and data solutions, developer platforms, EDM services, and consulting — independent of advertising campaigns;
- Experience managing a PR team and external contractors (agencies, consultants), building processes, and distributing responsibilities in a matrix structure;
- Media analytics skills: evaluating the effectiveness of PR activities (mediametrics, SOV, reach quality, alignment with target segments, contribution to brand awareness and trust);
- English language proficiency not lower than Upper Intermediate (for working with international partners, media, industry materials, and best practices).
