Yandex Plus Funtech** is looking for a Head of PR Communications for Yandex Afisha and Yandex Plus.
You will work with media, opinion leaders, and the audience on behalf of the brand. You will need to manage reputation, engage the audience in content discussions through special projects and communications, and explain the benefits of Yandex subscriptions and services.
Your Tasks:
- Agenda Management. You will develop a communication strategy, come up with ideas and news pegs, work with speakers, and interact with the product team of Funtech's subscription and services, and Yandex Afisha.
- Reputation Management. You will work with news pegs that enhance brand and product appeal, handle crisis communications, and manage the reputational SMM track.
- Cross-Service Communications. You will collaborate with PR departments, digital teams, and marketing departments of Yandex services to create joint special projects and news pegs.
Candidate Expectations:
- Experience working with content and products that distribute content: music and film streaming services, TV channels, book services, and others.
- Familiarity with the subscription industry, keeping up with trends in the subscription industry in Russia, Europe, and the USA.
- Ability to work with product launches, interview product teams and developers, and adapt technical and product information for various communication formats.
- Experience in crisis communications affecting different audience segments: from targeted communications with individual users to broad communications with an audience segment exceeding 1 million people.
- Ability to work with data and create news pegs based on analytics.
- Ability to combine PR formats with digital, CRM, and marketing communications.
- Quick adaptation to tight deadlines and a constantly changing information landscape.
- Ability to take responsibility for results and drive tasks to completion.
- Capability to coordinate cross-team communication.
- Ability to quickly get up to speed on new tasks and areas.
