Senior Event Manager

We are currently looking for a Senior Event Manager for the event organization department. The new team member will manage the full event cycle: from concept development to results evaluation, including budget, contractors, and team coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company's business event calendar in accordance with business priorities and marketing objectives
• Select optimal events and participation formats for the company, evaluating their audience, content, integration opportunities, and potential business value
• Develop concepts, programs, and scenarios for company events, considering goals, audience, and communication objectives
• Plan and manage multiple event projects simultaneously: define stages, timelines, resources, dependencies, and checkpoints
• Organize the company's participation in major industry events: agree on terms, integrations, presentations, booths, and other presence formats
• Coordinate the preparation of executives and experts for public speaking: topics, theses, presentations, rehearsals, and interaction with organizers
• Develop and control event budgets, conduct tenders, approve commercial proposals, and ensure efficient budget utilization
• Manage external contractors at all project stages: from task setting and contractor selection to controlling timelines, quality, and results
• Coordinate internal teams involved in event preparation, distribute areas of responsibility, and synchronize project participants
• Manage risks and promptly resolve issues and force majeure events that arise during preparation and execution
• Evaluate the results of completed events against agreed KPIs, prepare post-event analytics, and formulate recommendations for future activities

We will be happy to meet you if you have:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Senior Event Manager / Event Marketing Manager, including organizing company conferences
• Experience organizing large B2B events (from 300 to several thousand participants)
• Experience preparing company participation in SPIEF, EEF, CIPR, Innoprom, or similar federal forums is a significant advantage
• Experience supporting top company executives and C-level speakers, interacting with conference program directors
• Ability to work with executive presentations: structure, content, approval, final preparation
• Skills in managing a project team without constant operational control, including cross-functional groups
• Experience conducting tenders and working with full-cycle contractors (construction, production, catering, technical support, printing, merchandise)
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously (8-10 events in parallel, plan up to 250 per year, 30-40 per month)
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel
• High level of independence, responsibility, and initiative, attention to detail
• Willingness to travel and work irregular hours during event preparation and execution

Will be an advantage/plus:

• Experience in B2B IT companies
• Experience organizing events with a budget of several million rubles
• Experience managing a team and mentoring junior event managers
• Understanding of modern digital event marketing tools
