In MTS, they are looking for an Event Manager who can take on the full cycle of MICE and Event projects – from local strategic sessions to large-scale corporate festivals and offsite conferences.
You will be tasked with managing projects "turnkey", working with contractors, interacting with stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality events.
What you will be doing:
- Implementing the full cycle of MICE and Event projects: from local strategic sessions to corporate festivals and offsite conferences;
- Managing projects "turnkey", including working with contractors, conducting tenders, quality control of services, processing internal requests, and closing estimates;
- Interacting with stakeholders: collecting briefs from internal clients, defending presentations and budgets.
Candidate expectations:
- 3+ years of experience in Event/MICE (at an agency or for a large in-house brand) with a portfolio of implemented projects for 200+ participants;
- High level of communication skills, ability to negotiate and find solutions to non-standard situations "here and now";
- Multitasking (several events may be in preparation simultaneously);
- Knowledge of current industry trends, digital tools for events, and modern audience engagement formats;
- Proficiency in event marketing tools and the ability to keep a cool head under deadlines.
