We are inviting a professional Marketing Manager to join our team, who is ready to participate in implementing projects for one of the main business media, support advertising campaigns, special projects and events, and develop the Kommersant Publishing House brand.

What you will do:

Marketing Projects and Advertising Campaigns:

· Coordinate the preparation of advertising materials for various promotion channels (digital, print, outdoor advertising).

· Interact with media, contractors, and internal company departments (editorial office, commercial department, design studio).

· Monitor project implementation deadlines and the quality of task execution at all stages.

· Participate in analyzing the effectiveness of marketing activities and prepare detailed reports.

Event Organization:

· Participate in organizing business events and corporate events (conferences, round tables, awards, press breakfasts).

· Coordinate the work of contractors, venues, and technical services.

· Interact with partners and ensure the fulfillment of agreements.

· Organize accreditation for participants, speakers, and company representatives.

· Control the preparation of advertising and informational materials for events.

Souvenir and Printed Products:

· Interact with suppliers of souvenir products, printing houses, and production companies.

· Participate in the development and approval of layouts and creative concepts.

· Monitor production and timely delivery of products (branding, printing, merchandise).

Document Flow and Interaction with Contractors:

· Participate in the preparation of contracts, invoices, and closing documents.

· Monitor document flow for marketing projects.

· Maintain communication with contractors and control the fulfillment of obligations.

· Resolve non-standard situations and settle emerging issues.

Our expectations:

· Higher education (Marketing, Advertising, PR, Journalism, or Economics).

· At least 3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or PR in the media business.

· Skills in managing multiple projects simultaneously and working in a multitasking environment.

· Experience interacting with contractors, partners, and internal clients.

· Ability to work with documents (contracts, invoices, acceptance certificates) and meet strict deadlines.

· Knowledge of digital marketing basics and understanding of the internet market specifics.

· Excellent communication skills, articulate oral and written speech.

· High level of self-organization, responsibility, and attention to detail.

· Goal-orientation and motivation for high-quality results.

Will be an advantage:

· Experience in business media or the premium segment.

· Proficiency in 1C.

· Understanding of business event management specifics.
