Marketing Department Manager

We are inviting a professional Marketing Manager to the team who is ready to participate in the implementation of projects for one of the main business media, support advertising campaigns, special projects and events, as well as develop the Kommersant Publishing House brand.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Projects and Advertising Campaigns:
- Coordination of advertising material preparation for various promotion channels (digital, print, outdoor advertising).
- Interaction with media, contractors, and internal company departments (editorial office, sales department, design studio).
- Monitoring project implementation deadlines and task quality at all stages.
- Participation in the analysis of marketing activities' effectiveness and preparation of detailed reports.
Event Organization:
- Participation in the organization of business events and corporate occasions (conferences, round tables, awards, press breakfasts).
- Coordination of contractors, venues, and technical services.
- Interaction with partners and ensuring agreements are fulfilled.
- Organization of accreditation for participants, speakers, and company representatives.
- Control of preparation of advertising and informational materials for events.
Souvenir and Printed Products:
- Interaction with suppliers of souvenir products, printing houses, and manufacturing companies.
- Participation in the development and approval of layouts and creative concepts.
- Monitoring production and timely delivery of products (branding, printing, merchandise).
Document Flow and Contractor Interaction:
- Participation in the preparation of contracts, invoices, and closing documents.
- Monitoring document flow for marketing projects.
- Maintaining communication with contractors and monitoring the fulfillment of obligations.
- Resolving non-standard situations and settling emerging issues.
What we expect:
- Higher education (marketing, advertising, PR, journalism, or economics).
- At least 3 years of work experience in marketing, advertising, or PR in the media business.
- Skills in managing multiple projects simultaneously and working in a multitasking environment.
- Experience interacting with contractors, partners, and internal clients.
- Ability to work with documents (contracts, invoices, certificates) and meet strict deadlines.
- Knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals and understanding of the internet market specifics.
- Excellent communication skills, fluent spoken and written language.
- High level of self-organization, responsibility, and attention to detail.
- Purposefulness and motivation for a high-quality result.
