Business Marketer (SME and Large Business)
What you will do
- Implement marketing strategy in line with overall business and corporate marketing goals
- Interact with business units to coordinate event concepts and invite bank clients, etc.
- Plan and conduct exclusive lifestyle and business events to enhance customer loyalty throughout the Russian Federation
- Ensure effective presence of the bank at key industry events, federal business forums, and exhibitions
- Manage sponsorship integrations and partnership programs
- Create and provide business units with advertising materials (presentations, brochures, email newsletters, video content)
- Develop and order premium corporate merchandise for client events and loyalty programs
- Manage the full cycle of working with partners: from negotiations and tenders to contract approvals and document flow in banking systems
- Prepare reporting and post-analysis of marketing initiatives
Our candidate requirements
- 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience (preferably in the banking sector or luxury business services)
- Full cycle organization of prestigious business events (offline + online webinars)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously (approximately 5 projects across the Russian Federation)
- Experience with tender documentation, conducting competitions, and concluding contracts with contractors in accordance with regulations
- Customer focus
- Willingness to travel on business
