Marketer in the Department of Settlements and International Finance
The Department of Settlements and International Finance team is looking for an experienced Marketer.
Responsibilities
- Development of marketing plans for products and directions of the Department of Settlements and International Finance
- Promotion of products and services for clients engaged in foreign economic activities
- Identification of target audiences, client segments, needs, and barriers
- Preparation of positioning, key messages, and product offerings
- Setting tasks for advertising, digital, CRM, content, and other internal teams and contractors
- Development of landing pages, presentations, advertising materials, mailings, publications, scripts, and client communications;
- Organization of marketing support for events, forums, webinars, client meetings, and special projects
- Launching lead generation campaigns and controlling the quality of incoming leads;
- Interaction with product teams, sales, analysts, PR, digital, and CRM departments
- Analysis of the market, client behavior, competitive offers, and marketing activities of banks and fintech companies
- Monitoring deadlines, budget, and quality of marketing project implementation;
- Preparation of reports, conclusions, and recommendations for improving marketing efficiency.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing
- Experience in independently managing full-cycle projects
- Understanding of the principles of product marketing, customer segmentation, and sales funnel construction
- Ability to handle a large number of parallel tasks and meet deadlines
- Understanding of basic digital channels, content marketing, and event marketing
- Skills in analyzing campaign effectiveness and working with marketing metrics
- Skills in writing posts, articles, and press releases
- Experience in the banking sector, financial services, international business, or foreign economic activity products will be an advantage.
