Senior Marketing Manager

MTS Bank is the digital bank of the MTS ecosystem. We set trends in banking digital transformation and develop next-generation financial services.

What is important to us:

• higher education (marketing, management, economics)
• at least 3 years of marketing experience
• experience in promoting financial products, digital products, or services will be an advantage
• experience in managing 360° advertising campaigns (participation in launches)
• experience interacting with cross-functional teams and external contractors
• experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• understanding of CVM and CRM communication principles
• experience participating in A/B tests and marketing experiments
• knowledge of agile approaches

You will be:

• participating in the implementation of marketing campaigns for Daily Banking products (including 360° FRK)
• participating in team brainstorming sessions to achieve KPIs
• launching advertising campaigns together with internal teams and contractors
• preparing briefs for the creation of advertising materials and monitoring their implementation
• ensuring the relevance of the marketing kit across all customer touchpoints
• interacting with agencies, contractors, and internal Bank divisions
• monitoring compliance with brand standards and communication requirements
• analyzing the market, customer insights, and competitor activities
• evaluating the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and proposals for recommendations to improve their performance
• supporting contractual work
• preparing necessary project reports
