Responsibilities:
- Active work on the Money Transfer Service product, prototyping of mobile application screens, marketing support for new features and directions, proposal and implementation of media plans, etc.;
- Development and implementation of the Bank's marketing and advertising strategy: identification of key advertising channels, budgeting;
- Management and support of the Bank's websites);
- Support of the CRM system and corporate portal;
- Development and construction of the Bank's Digital strategy, stimulating sales of the Bank's services;
- Development and implementation of marketing projects and ideas;
- Analysis of competitors' advertising activities;
- Analysis of the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, monitoring compliance with key performance indicators of the Bank's marketing investments;
- Launching partner programs, searching for and implementing new opportunities and solutions;
- Preparation of reports on sales plan execution.
Requirements:
- Higher education in Economics, Finance, Marketing;
- Work experience in the banking sector for at least 3 years - mandatory;
- Graphic illustrators, Analytics systems, Bitrix CMS.
