Head of marketing
Our team is looking for a Head of Marketing who will manage the holding's marketing strategy and influence sustainable business growth.
Goal:
Ensure sustainable growth of issuances and customer base through effective management of acquisition channels, optimization of the marketing funnel, and increasing LTV while maintaining target unit economics.
Key Areas:
- Growth of issuances through effective digital and partner channels.
- Optimization of customer acquisition cost.
- Development of CRM marketing (Customer Relationship Management).
- Increase in repeat issuances.
- Optimization of marketing channels and closing inefficient traffic sources.
- Support for the launch of new credit products.
What's important to us
- Experience working in Microfinance Organizations (MFO) or FinTech as a Head/Deputy Head of Marketing.
- Management of performance marketing (customer acquisition channels).
- Understanding of marketing unit economics.
- Marketing funnel management.
- Experience in optimizing marketing channels.
- CRM marketing (Customer Relationship Management).
- Marketing analytics and work with BI systems (Business Intelligence).
- Cross-functional interaction with product, risk, and IT.
