Head of Digital Marketing at Sber
Sber is looking for a Head of Digital Marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Market analysis in the Digital environment for promoting a specific product/offer
- Development and implementation of a digital channel promotion strategy, optimized for KPIs
- Analysis of the user journey, including UX/UI across all promoted channels (WEB/MOB)
- Acquisition of new clients for the sales funnel by connecting new and developing existing channels
- Media planning and development of a competitive promotion strategy
- Preparation of complex analytical presentations and reports
- Building an end-to-end analytics system with omnichannel capabilities and attribution options
- Turnkey preparation of special digital projects
Requirements:
- Experience in Digital Marketing: expert knowledge in online promotion, including market, competitor, and target audience analysis in the digital environment to form a unique selling proposition for the product
- Experience in media planning and budget allocation
- Experience in conducting A/B testing of various hypotheses, launching new channels with subsequent in-depth analytics
- Experience working with Big Data and Dashboards (compiling business requirements for visualization and content for business tasks, team supervision, deadline adherence)
- Ability to develop, defend, and implement a comprehensive digital channel promotion strategy with a clear link to key performance indicators (KPIs) and business goals
- Ability to analyze the user journey across all touchpoints to optimize conversion, understanding usability principles, and ability to set tasks for designers and developers to improve user experience
- Ability to multitask
