Growth Marketing Manager (Digital Marketing and Customer Growth Manager) VTB Privilegiya

Responsibilities:

• development and implementation of a digital client acquisition strategy for Premium and Private Banking;
• management of paid digital acquisition channels;
• development of performance marketing, CPA mechanics, and partner acquisition channels;
• management of SEO and ORM directions;
• participation in the launch of media campaigns, special projects, and digital activations;
• setting tasks for agencies and contractors and monitoring the quality of work and deadlines;
• monitoring the effectiveness of placements and advertising campaigns;
• regular optimization of channels and contractors;
• analysis and development of customer journeys;
• identification and elimination of bottlenecks in funnels;
• increasing conversion at all stages of client acquisition;
• formation and defense of initiatives to improve digital storefronts and customer scenarios;
• setting tasks for development teams, streams, and executor teams regarding CRM and marketing communications;
• collaboration with analysts on setting up end-to-end analytics;
• analysis of the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, acquisition and sales funnels;
• formation of growth hypotheses and monitoring of implementation results;
• development of the Premium and Private Banking referral program and formation of its economics;
• building customer acquisition scenarios through recommendations;
• scaling the channel to one of the key sources of new clients in the segment.

Requirements:

• at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth;
• understanding of web analytics, digital funnels, principles of SEO, CPA, performance, and media placements;
• skills in working with data and making decisions based on analytics;
• experience in developing digital products, customer journeys, or referral programs (as an advantage).
