📍Work format: hybrid with office visits in Moscow (Belorusskaya metro station)

We need a leader capable of uniting brand marketing, performance, PR, content, and event management into a single system that works towards the company's overall commercial goals and the development of new business areas.

Required knowledge and skills: — Experience in managing the marketing function in a digital agency, AdTech company, advertising platform, or other B2B tech business. — Experience in building or transforming a marketing function and proven experience in business growth through marketing, not just marketing metrics growth. — Understanding of marketing economics: performance metrics, lead generation, funnel quality, unit economics of channels, and the impact of marketing on commercial results. — Experience in managing brand/PR and performance/lead-gen, or deep expertise in one of these areas with an understanding of the other at the strategy and team management level. — You know how to build a marketing system and strategy, but if necessary, you are ready to dive deep into the details: analyze data, identify the causes of downturns, and help the team make strong decisions. — For you, the main marketing effectiveness indicator is the impact on business: revenue, lead quality, contribution to the pipeline, and brand awareness among the target audience. — You independently translate business goals into a marketing strategy and action plan, without waiting for detailed instructions. — Willingness to personally participate in strategic communications: meetings with key clients and partners, public speaking, and industry events.
