A digital solutions integrator company AGIMA is looking for a Deputy Marketing Director.
The company is currently strengthening its marketing efforts and is seeking a Deputy CMO – a person who will help develop marketing, scale lead generation, and connect online marketing, content, and community into tangible business results. For this role, involvement in the team's offline processes is important, so candidates from Moscow or those able to work offline regularly are considered.
What you will do:
- Implement AI in marketing processes
- Manage marketing as a system: marketing, PR, content, Devrel, Sales
- Focus on the results and effectiveness of marketing initiatives, not just task completion
- Test new hypotheses and scale them quickly
- Develop online lead generation: LinkedIn, outbound, SEO and GEO, performance, contextual advertising, targeted advertising, remarketing, social media and SMM
- Manage digital tools and advertising campaign mechanics: from setup and analytics to evaluating channel effectiveness
- Work with metrics: leads, CPL, CAC, ROI
- Collaborate with Sales on lead quality
- Transform team expertise into case studies, articles, and materials
- Build long-term relationships with journalists, media, and industry platforms
- Enhance company citation and AGIMA's presence in the information field
- Participate in brand development and company branding
- Launch meetups, conferences, closed meetings, work with partners and the industry
- Participate in Investor Relations (IR): assist with communication, presentation materials, and company positioning
What is important:
- Practical experience using AI in marketing
- 5+ years in marketing / digital / PR
- Deep expertise in online marketing
- Experience in lead generation through: LinkedIn, outbound, SEO / GEO, performance, contextual advertising, targeting, remarketing, social media and SMM
- Understanding of the B2B funnel and long sales cycles
- Understanding of digital tools and advertising mechanics
- Data-driven approach and understanding of key marketing metrics: conversions, CPL, CAC, ROI
- Team management experience
Will be a plus:
- Experience in custom development
- DevRel / community / conferences

- International markets (EU / US)
