We expect you to have:

• 5 or more years of experience in SMM / digital production on the brand or agency side
• Experience in managing a creative team and leading major special projects
• Proven cases of viral campaigns and understanding of brand metrics
• Ability to build creative processes, make quick decisions, and think strategically
• Vision: deep knowledge of digital culture, trends, AI tools, and new media formats.
