We are looking for an SMM Lead for the advertising group SberMarketing.

What you will do:

Develop a creative SMM strategy and form the brand's cultural influence in the digital environment

Lead the creation of viral content and large-scale digital activations from idea to implementation

Build a real-time marketing system: quickly respond to trending topics and create situational communications

Launch integrated campaigns at the intersection of SMM, PR, influence marketing, and offline activities

Implement new formats, AI tools, and optimize content production processes

Candidate expectations:

5 or more years of experience in SMM / digital production on the brand or agency side
Experience in leading a creative team and managing large special projects
Proven cases of viral campaigns and understanding of brand metrics
Ability to build creative processes, make quick decisions, and think strategically
Vision: deep knowledge of digital culture, trends, AI tools, and new media formats.
